How often do I need to renew the certifications I obtain through you?

You will need to renew your certification annually. If you wish to discontinue your membership or avoid auto-debit, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will assist you accordingly.

What happens if I fail the certification exam?

If you do not pass the certification exam on your first attempt, don’t worry. You have a total of 3 attempts to clear the exam. The examination consists of 45 questions, and you’ll need a minimum score of 60% to pass. If, unfortunately, you do not clear the exam after all 3 attempts, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Our dedicated team will be there to assist and guide you further.

Am I eligible for a refund if I do not pass the examination?

If you do not pass the certification exam on your first try, remember that you have two more attempts remaining. Should you not succeed after all three attempts, please reach out to us at [email protected], and our team will assist you further.
