Based on the guidance from the law enforcement agency, we cancel the certification of the people who engage in restricted activities.
Law and jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the website or application must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.

Actions We May Take if You Engage in Any Restricted Activities
In case we have strong reasons to believe that you’ve engaged in any Restricted Activities, we may take several actions to protect Blockchain Council, its customers and others at any time at our sole discretion.
The actions we may take include, but are not limited to,
- Limiting your access to or use of the Blockchain Council resources.
- Suspending your Blockchain Council account without intimation.
- Revoking certificate licenses issued to you without any refund.
- Complain about your illegal activities to our partners and other organizations getting harmed due to your restricted actions.
- Lodge formal complaint against you with the relevant legal & law-enforcement authorities.
