Blockchain Council will investigate all complaints promptly and take appropriate corrective action. Our enforcement process includes:
- Acknowledgment - all reports are acknowledged within 2 business days.
- Investigation - a thorough and impartial investigation is conducted within 10 business days.
- Resolution - appropriate remedies and corrective actions are determined based on findings.
- Follow-up - the reporting party is informed of the outcome (to the extent permitted by privacy considerations).
Corrective actions may include formal warnings, mandatory training, suspension of access or privileges, termination of employment or partnership, or other measures appropriate to the severity of the violation.
